Verified Renter Beth is the best property manager I've had in my time living on my own. Pat is responsive and friendly whenever he's around to fix whatever's broken. The property is well-maintained, tenants are very sociable and polite, and the overall environment is lovely. Would wholeheartedly recommend Squires.

Verified Renter The utility change is very unfair. It has doubled and I will probably be leaving when my lease is up. Also it’s very quiet but I have pot smokers across the hall and the smell in the hall is horrible.
Verified Renter Everyone is super nice and friendly. Any issue we have had has been fixed right away. The pool is a nice area to lay out and hang out. The dog friendly park is all so very nice

Verified Renter I love my building , it is really quite , my neighbors are great ! I love walking my dog Oreo around the complex , and his favorite is stopping in the office and getting dog treats , which is great for me cause the manager Beth loves dogs and it is really nice to get all my updates in person rather than technology like most things these days. But there really is nothing ever really wrong , Beth mainly updates me when the building is being painted , new pool keys , new pool furniture , etc. Me and Oreo love do... read more
