Verified Renter Very nice being here. Very quiet and nice people and pet friendly. Provides internet cheaper than you can get on your own. Dog park as well.
Verified Renter South Park is beautiful... Squires Manor is beautiful. Everything I need is here. The renovations are awesome. If a person has to live in the apartment life, then this is certainly a place to stay.
Verified Renter Very clean property and building hallways. Prompt service by staff and maintenance. Friendly neighbors plus ample parking. Trash bins are emptied weekly and area is clean around them.

Verified Renter The apartments themselves are nice, but you are very much at the mercy of your neighbors when it comes to noise if you're not on the top floor. Property Management is unwilling to do anything to address noise complaints. Property maintenance staff is fantastic, quick to resolve issues.

Verified Renter It is really nice the area is in a good spot and the store are really close the park is amazing and it is really nice place to live. The dog park is amazing and my dog really likes it.
