Verified Renter Nice surroundings quiet place to live. South Park less than five minutes away if you like walking in the park. Ten minutes away from grocery stores, eateries etc.

Verified Renter Neighborhood is excellent, but the apartments come down to luck of the draw with your actual neighbors as property management will not address any complaints that are levied against other neighbors, despite clear violations of the lease. Additionally, during an inspection they'll take pictures of your personal property which are not within the designated areas they claim they take pictures of yearly, but conveniently they've only ever taken pictures when I'm not home.
Verified Renter So happy I chose Squires Manor! Both Beth and Pat made my move in seamless and everyone I’ve met so far has been incredibly nice! The common areas are kept neat and tidy and the grounds are so very well kept. Great experience so far!
Verified Renter This place once was a nice place to live. Not no more, hey Morgan properties keep raising the rent for old apartment which I live in. This will be my last year here I've been here almost 10 years. You don't want long term residents.

Verified Renter The amenities are great. The pool is nice, can get crowded easily though. The dog park is a decent size and the Amazon lockers were a great touch. My biggest concern is the rent increases every year and it’s not like you’re getting anything more out of it. My apartment is pretty basic. No balcony, no stainless steel appliances, no in unit washer or dryer. But my rent continues to increase. Utilities are no longer flat rate, they are enforcing that you go with Verizon and they are adding it to the monthly bill... read more
