New upfront staff is super friendly and it now matches the care we get from the doctors and medical staff. Nick is our favorite!

Service is okay and weekend hours are helpful. However, billing is a nightmare. Twice I had to take in the receipt to show payment because it wasn't showing in their system. The last time we went, the bill went to a previous address despite completing and updating patient information at check-in. I also called to inquire about the bill. Four statements were sent to the wrong address.
Friendly staff. Thorough assessments by qualified providers. The wait was short, lab draws, x-ray, injections, and respiratory treatments all available if needed.Compassion and expertise do not always go together but you will find both here!
Normally they are ok but I went in at 8 this morning and wasn’t seen until after 10. The 2 women at the front desk were very rude. I’ll think twice before going back.
I have been interning here and I absolutely love it, the crew is fantastic! I'm having a great time and learning more and more each day. I highly recommend coming here!
My family and I have visited Springs Urgent Care several times this year. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. We highly recommended visiting this facility for your medical needs. We would not go anywhere else.
