While the PAs were nice and knowledgeable, the front desk receptionists are another story. Very abrupt and impatient with over the phone. I could understand if it happened once, but it was every time I called. Very unhelpful. Also, they gave me wrong information about my insurance, which ended up costing me $204 that I wasn't expecting.
RecommendedThe receptionist and nurse were very friendly. The PA, Settles, was efficient and friendly. Will 100% continue to use the Springs Urgent Care.
Very hateful & not friendly whatsoever. People who work at a front desk should be more professional & they weren’t. Very disappointed.
have always gotten quality care there. all the staff are very friendly and compassionate which really helps.
Horrible place! Not helpful at all. My 9 month old daughter was struggling to breathe and the doctor said she didn’t see anything wrong with her when she was clearly wheezing. As soon as we left at 6pm and they don’t close until 7pm they turned out all the lights and locked the door behind us. We felt as if they just didn’t want to deal with us. She was extremely rude. We ended up having to take my daughter to the ER that night and she was nearly life flighted because that’s how bad she was.
If you’re sick go they are not too busy
Brought my daughter in for a fast allergic reaction , they were wonderful with her! Really really appreciate the care they gave us
I had to visit Springs Urgent Care after a fall that left me with an approximate one inch gash in my upper lip. These folks are absolutely AMAZING!! I left with stitches and a tetanus shot and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I was greeted at the front desk by a very pleasant young lady with a smile and a touch of sympathy. The triage tech and nurse were equally pleasant and very professional with the human touch that is always needed in such situations. Nick, the PA did a FABULOUS job stitching me up. The front desk staff really hurts this place. The doctor was very efficient, no problem with him at all. However, if I had other options I would have left due to front desk staff inefficiency and rudeness.
