I really love my apartment here, I like everything about it , it is well maintained, community areas are clean and every time I have call for some maintenance issue the staff is right here in less than an hour.

Don't move here management teams a bitch. The ladies up front are cunts. Tons of hidden fees, maintenance never fixes problems.
I live here for 3 year now now this is getting bad for summer my kids was that pool going open last week. And it didn't open at all. I don't know when going open this year I just hope soon.
The Springs of Country Woods is probably one of the best apartments I have lived in so far. My "studio" apartment is bigger than most one bedrooms, and cheaper than anything I can find in the valley. Utilities are low and all fees are completely written out in the contract so you're not surprised at the end of each month. I have lived here before and I truly loved it there.
Sure, there might be cheaper places, but I love it here. They have never taken more than 3 days in fixing anything. The staff has always been really nice and helpfull. The apartment is comfortable for two ppl. Plus is so close to everything. If I move it would be for a place that is a bit cheaper. That would be the only reason.
