RecommendedThe Maintenance is great. They always respond quickly. I love all the trees and places to walk my dog. The commons area is nice. Lots of bbq's and tables. The office and management staff are great to work with. Recently painted the exteriors of the buildings and they look great. Recommend living here if you're in the area. It's a nice complex.

Disgusting landlords - serving 3 day eviction notices during a pandemic because tenants couldn't afford hiked rent. I cannot wait for karma to catch up to these cretins.

I have decided to write this so other people know what they are getting into!! We have lived here about 9 months and I can not wait for my lease to end! When we first came the Springs of Country Woods to look for an apartments we fell in love with the location, the amenities and friendly staff. I love it here. The apartment is spacious and I feel really at home here. the amenities are also fantastic. However there are two big negatives for me 1) you have to wait forever to get non-urgent repairs done 2) they don't recycle - given the number of residents and how many tons of recyclables are needlessly being sent to the landfill, this makes my heart hurt!
I enjoy the beauty of the general area; seasonal landscaping included. considerable upgrade from my previous living conditions. enough space that I don’t need separate storage anymore
