I was missing a couple packages and was pretty bummed out. Jordan took the time to look in the back room and even called me back to let me know they arrived. I love the Springs. I’ve never been so happy living anywhere else. Thank you for all that you and the management do. Love you guys!

I've thoroughly enjoyed living here over the past year and a half. Maintenance is prompt and the community areas are clean. The neighbors range from young couples to retirees.
Unethical con artists... Live anywhere else. Management is all about money and is brutal to their tenants. Before you rent talk to the tenants that live there to get the real story.
I've lived in the springs for about 2 weeks now and I can't think of anything bad to say! I love it, everyone in the community that I have met so far are super friendly and nice. A lot of people have dogs which I love because I get to see them all� my shower stays pretty warm for a while which is nice when I want to take a bath! I lived here for 1 year. They charge you for unresonable things,. Remember your rent is pluse what you pay for deposite because it doesnt matter how much you clean the apartment and move out,they dont pay you back at all. I had done a deep cleaning with carpet cleaner and changed burner plates but they needed recite and I didnt have and they charged me whaile they could see it was clean and burner pates were new and haven't been used before and they charged me $50 for carpet ...Continue Reading
Everyone has been so friendly from the start! We recently had a maintenance issue and the staff responded quickly and we are greatly appreciated of their efficiency! The manager Whitney made sure we were taken care of. We also want to say that Jordain, Jade and the rest of the staff meet you with a smile when you see them and makes coming home inviting. 😊
