Arrived with my family that booked in 2017 for July of 2018. Requested 2 rooms on same floor. When we arrived NEITHER rooms where are on the same floor, okay no big deal. We asked if we waited to check in later would that change and got the answer of no. Move on to later when the rest of the family arrived. AFTER we had check in and un-packed SOMEHOW we can get you both on the same floor...SERIOUSLY?? mind room, check in is at 4 and room was not ready till 5. This was our 2nd stay here...last time was Sept 2015...I think with the rush of Summer guests vs off season comes reduced efforts...to compare both experiences this time staff rude...staff not providing proper things in the room...breakfast had no variety...indoor pool dirty and not kept up....pool bar food and drink not good for the prices...front desk staff very nice and accommodating ...breakfast area clean and kept up...overall our room was clean...balconies clean...would stay here again...advice? We spent Father's Day weekend there. We loved it. The rooms were nice and clean (not so much the balcony though). We had a great time. The breakfast was hot, fresh and good. The outside pool was nice and clean. We did not go to the indoor pool. This is a nice, clean, friendly place to stay. We liked the area and will go back!!
Good clean hotel !!
Clean. Spacious. Awesome Free Breakfast. Close to things to do and restaurants. Employees did a great job handling a very busy Memorial Day weekend. Loved that all rooms are Oceanside with a great balcony to sit on and people watch on the boardwalk.
