I will never stay at this hotel. We booked a stay there for this weekend. My sister who is a nurse got sick and cannot travel. I booked yesterday and tried to cancel today and the woman we spoke to was rude and said that is no excuse to cancel. They are charging us more to cancel than it was to stay there! I will be telling everyone I know not to stay there. Stay away. Far far away.
Great customer service! Rooms were clean and large! The view was fantastic! Would definitively stay here again.
This is a great property...we’ve stayed here a couple times a year for 3-4 days Christmas and Shamrock weekends for about 10 yrs now. We love it. Nice indoor pool and huge outdoor pool with cabana bar. Spacious rooms and friendly staff 👍

The staff @ the front desk was very friendly. The hotel was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool.
We just got here, but are really enjoying our stay. The location is great!

The elevator is very crowded. You must wait at least 20 minutes to be able to descend or ascend &The pool is dirty. There is dirt inside that is not healthy & They don't accept credit card service, they just want cash & There are not many parking spaces there is very difficult & Breakfast is not enough for everyone. There is a huge shortage & It deserves only 3 stars or less
