RecommendedI like Spring Hill suites and have used Marriott as my favorite chain since the 1980’s. This property wasn’t as nice as I’m use to. There had been some water in the lobby and they had fans working to dry up the problem but there was a bit of mildew smell still present. The maid had left used towels in the room on the back of my bathroom door. The iron had some residue on it that left a mark on my shirt. Two days in a row, we come back to an uncleaned room. Housekeeping claims that Do Not Disturb was hung on door. Boldfaced lie. Management made no adjustment for this oversight. Morning desk help states “I don’t know much about this area; I only come down here if I have to work.” Epic fails in my opinion.
