Sold me a car with over $6000 worth of prior without disclosure. Wouldn’t help with any repairs and told me that I could trade out if I wanted too. That they were responsible for informing buyers of accidents or damages on used cars. Do not buy a vehicle from here. Dangerous doesn’t come close.

So stop lying about that everyone is approved and that you are accepting bad credit cause you couldn't help me at all. I went there today and got denied cause of my credit and on the radio J&S said bad credit ok and we will pay off your trade!!! No matter your balance. What a crock please if your thinking about going over there DONT!! Cause there putting out false hopes and advertisements. I even drove an hour and 15 minutes only to be disappointed. Only go here if you are okay with your vehicle being stolen off their lot while you are looking to purchase another! We were looking at a vehicle to trade out of our current vehicle and they allowed someone to drive onto their car lot and drive off with our truck! While waiting for the police to arrive management was huddled in the office and couldn’t even access the cameras to help the police find who had stolen our vehicle. Had my car serviced for a recall on Wednesday then on Saturday driving to Wilmington IL I heard a strange sound which turned out to be the wind cowl ( I believe this is what it is called) under the engine, the middle piece of the 3 piece attachment was missing all the bolt fasteners causing it to flap in the wind. (I was on RT 394 doing 55 miles an hour) Called Webb to be told to either tie it up myself or drive it until it fell off. Then come in when I got back home.
