Well I went to this dealership with no intentions on purchasing a vehicle just yet as we are still in the preliminary stages of picking a car. All I wanted to do was to test drive an Eclipse Cross and John and the manager wouldn’t even let me do that until they had a payment established. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my entire life.
