Another great experience at Springfield Ford Lincoln. My service writer, Mike, was courteous and worked expeditiously to get my paperwork processed. He thoroughly reviewed all information after my tech had serviced my vehicle. The cashier greeted every customer like they were family. The best part, I was in and out in just about an hour. Thanks Springfield Ford Lincoln!!
I called because I was interested in a particular truck. I spoke with a sales person who confirmed this truck was available( I gave her the VIN). I then made an appointment to see the truck that day. Only after driving 45 minutes to the dealership,I'm informed the truck has been spoken for. Nobody apologized to me either.
