From Ford Springfield, I purchased a 2019 Transit Connect XLT. From the beginning, Angelo went the extra mile to accommodate us late at night and give knowledge about the Transits. I test drove the XL and XLT. Originally looking at the XL, but after research and another test drive, found the XLT (upgrade) to suit my needs better. The staff here are very friendly and personable, which makes it easy to do business with.

Justin and Vi were two of the nicest and most capable people I’ve dealt with in years when it came time to purchase my new car. My experience on Saturday was outstanding. I was in and out of your dealership in less than 90 minutes driving my new Lincoln. I had the car and deal I wanted with absolutely no hassle. Everyone here is so nice & friendly! I’m now leasing my second Fusion with the wonderful help from Rita. Rita was so friendly, helpful, and understanding. She worked with me to find the best fit for my lifestyle and financial situation. We ran out of time Saturday to go over the car features because I had to head to work and Rita set aside time for me to come back yesterday and go over everything. I’ve been coming to Springfield ford for numerous years and always had great experience. I had an issue with my car after having it serviced last time and wasn’t very happy.
