5 Star top notch experience I purchased a new 2020 Lincoln MKZ Reserve from Bill Williams who was very helpful, knowledgeable, and gave me a great overall customer experience. He was reasonable, not pushy at all and tried to be as accommodating as possible. Would definitely recommend and purchase from him and Springfield Ford Lincoln again.
