I was so pleased from the moment I walked into their doors. Helped me right away. Angelo was our sales person. He had great personality and he helped us with everything we needed. He made us feel comfortable with purchasing my SUV and the crazy thing was that “I was just looking.” I wasn’t even go to buy a car lol. Jeff was the person who helped make the deal and he did an awesome job. They really did a great job with making my monthly reasonable. I am planning on going there again when I am ready to trade in my other car!
This is the third vehicle I’ve purchased from Springfield Ford. It will be my last. While our salesman, Angelo was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, once again, I feel we were railroaded into a vehicle that wasn’t our top choice. Took the Explorer for an oil change. Was about a 2 hours wait. No biggie. Thanks Jack Spencer for being so friendly and providing an amazing customer service.
I spotted a car on Lincoln.com and discovered it was at Springfield Ford and told my husband I want to make the trip to see it 110 miles away, we live in lower Delaware. So away we went and got to the Ford dealership and a salesman Mr Daniel Biggy met us at the door he couldn’t have been nicer retrieved the car I wanted to see and explained all its features, he got the keys and told us to take it for a spin.
