Last weekend we purchased our brand new bronco with the help from Rita at Springfield Ford. Best experience. Rita helped us throughout the whole process. Had our eye on the bronco since September and Rita kept us in the loop with release dates and Preorders. Kept track of when the order would be in. She made the whole experience less stressful. We never felt pressured to go anyway. Definitely recommend!!
Angelo was very helpful, understanding and accommodating during the duration of my car buying process. The upper level management was consistently reaching out to me before, during and after I purchased my vehicle, making sure I was being taken care of and was happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for a car based on price and customer service, I would highly recommend checking these guys out.
Russell helped me purchase my brand new ford bronco about 2 weeks ago and the process went so smooth! I went in to get my ford mustang appraised and walked out with a brand new car a few hours later. Everyone involved in the process was so helpful, I would recommend this dealer to anyone!
