Made an appointment to get a key made. Was told it would take an hour. 2 hours later we are told the remote they got didn’t work and they need to send out for a new one and it will take at least another 30 minutes. Horrible service. I am disabled and had I known in advance it could take this long I would have dropped my car off and picked it up when finished.
RecommendedPurchased 3 mini van wagon keys and programed four. Waited awhile for service without an appointment. Friendly, courteous and professional. Thank you.

Took my car in for Pa. Inspection, and when I went to pick it up, Joe Mertz , The Quick Lane Manager, also had my Recall Issue Fixed ... way to be Pro Active!!! Then He took my husband's car in, the same day, and took care of his Recall Also...Saved us A lot of Time Awesome Service!!! Thanx
