I had a tremendous experience with Rita Feehery! I was so impressed with how focused she was on me, the customer, through the whole car buying process. Definitely extremely responsive. I had a fast and pain-free experience in buying my Lincoln MKC, and even got my new wheels in time for Christmas! I love my MKC with all the bells and whistles! Update: After I posted this review, I received a call from the sales manager. We talked and he asked me to come up and talk to him about my problem. I did and he made everything right. Thank you Mr. WIlliams and all the employees at Springfield Ford. This is not the 1st time I have purchased a car from this dealership...but it is the 1st time that they have broke my heart. I was very well taken care of as I purchased my C-Max Hybid, a special shout out to Bob Flick who was patient, kind, attentive and down to earth. At this Dealer right now. Drove all the way down from the Poconos after a bad experience with a local dealer. The Internet salesman Frank went above and beyond, promising me that he would get me the deal I wanted. I thought for sure once I got here it would be a different story. I met Frank, and he introduced me to the Tom DeVito and said he'd be my sales guy. True to their word, they came down $8000 off sticker on a 2014 Mustang GT. Awesome people to deal with, highly recommend!
