RecommendedI've been to this emergency room hand full of times and everytime I am treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. I would recommend this hospital to anyone living in the southwest area. 😃
My mother in law is in the hospital for going on just over 2 weeks. I’ve had horrible communication between us and the doctors. The nurses have told us a few things but not enough info, always saying that the doctor is the only one that can answer but no doctor is available to speak with or that the doctor would call us but never does. There was a day that Admin had the doctor on the phone but said the doctor didn’t want to talk at the moment and that he would call us later. Worst ER visit ever! Admittance, doctor visits, registration, even EXAMS done out in the waiting area. I thought I'd die of embarrassment when the doctor lifted my shirt in the waiting area to look at my back. People brought from ambulance on gurneys left to wait in the waiting area as well as no enforcement of wearing masks. Once admitted, however, staff and rooms were fantastic. Just can't get over the ER. Haven't they heard of HIPAA?
Excellent staff and care. Ken was one of my favorites. He was a true joy. Both princesses were extraordinary Really everyone was great. Very patient. Physical therapy Mark exceeded my expectations. Excellent stay.

Everyone was very friendly and considerate. The doctor, the pre-OP and post-OP nurses were great! It made my experience a good one ! Thank you!

The labor, delivery, NICU staff are the most amazing and competent medical professionals!! I’m an RN so it’s almost second nature to be critical of medical professionals bc I am well versed in medicine. That being said I couldn’t have asked for a more caring, intelligent, amazing and valuable team. They were amazing and helped me through a rough delivery and first four days of life for my son. The amount of gratitude and respect I have for the doctors and nurses in the aforementioned units is immeasurable!!!! Simply The best... read more

This is the only hospital that admitted me based on my status. I had COVID 19 and needed oxygen. Thank God for this hospital.
