RecommendedThe staff members were awesome and even during the Covid19 epidemic the facility was so clean and fresh that you felt safe. The Dr had a sense of humor and made my visit very relaxed. Recently a patient for a serious reason, and was at the best place I could go to get better. I can’t say enough about everyone who I came across in this stressful time came through in true teamwork!
I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE YESTERDAY AND EVERYTIME THEY ANSWER MY CALL THEY’D END IT RIGHT AWAY!!!! AAND RIGHT NOW I CANNOT EVEN GET THROUGH THE LINE!!!! I AM SO PISSED! I DONT HAVE UNLIMITED CALLS CAUSE I AM CALLING INTERNATIONALLY AND YET THIS IS HOW YOU CATER CALLS WHEN ALL I WANT IS TO TALK TO MY LOVED ONE!!!!!!
I spent one full month on the Spring Valley Hospital Rehab 2nd floor after I was badly injured by a drunk driver. It was a scary time for me with a broken back, broken neck, and several other complications. They took me through PT and OT three hours a day. My friends credit me with my recovery but I give all the credit to the staff on this floor. They had confidence in me where I didn’t have it in myself. the ER staff were very attentive answered all my questions noticed I was having a panic attack and stopped what he was doing to calm me down Spring Valley by far has been one of the best hospitals I've been in..My stay was made as comfortable as possible the nurses and doctors showed empathy for me knowing I could not be consoled the way I truly needed to be. I had an awesome care team
Wonderful, caring staff! The finest of care!!
Labor and delivery nurses and doctors are all amazing. Would love to deliver here but my doctors don’t deliver here. I enjoyed the hospitality and especially the refrigerator and microwave in the room.
