We are new to Las Vegas, so this was our first hospital experience. The hospital is clean, modern , and well staffed. From the receptionist, to nurses, to prep staff, to anesthesiologist, to the Surgeon and his staff-all were friendly, smiles, professional, and positive. Each person wanted me to feel safe and informed.

I recently had surgery there and have to say, from the moment you enter the hospital to the moment you leave everyone is so helpful and nice. I can’t remember my girls name at admitting but she was awesome. Thorough, patient, kind, took care of others around her, answered all my questions and made pre-admission and checking in for surgery so easy. My pre-op nurses, Aileen and Kim were my saviors. I was super nervous and the entire time, they made me laugh, kept me informed, helped to ease my mind by taking me through things.... read more

During my stay I was treated with the highest level of professionalism, compassion and respect one can only hope for. The doctors and nurses sprung immediately into correct action when I experienced problems in post op and when advising us on procedures that had to be taken to ensure my recovery . My wife and I are eternally grateful that we were at Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center . Thank you for all that you do every day, we are so very fortunate to have you in the valley .
