The service is kind, compassionate, and caring.
Always, I am treated with the utmost respect when I have had to go there. The staff is professional yet warm and caring, answer my questions, allay my fears, and treat me like I'm important to them; no matter how busy they are. In May of 2019, as my son, Jonathan, lay slowly dying, Leni, the charge nurse for his final night, went far above and beyond to make both him and us as comfortable as possible. All Staff Members were very helpful. I received excellent care.
Patient rooms are like micro prisons. I was not allowed to stand up for four days. Electronic calls for the nurse were largely ignored. When a nurse would respond it would take at least one hour for him/her to show up. I was never told why I was vomiting blood. Upon leaving the hospital I was given no discharge instructions. The nurse said the discharge instructions were in my clothes bag but in fact they were not. I just want to say thank you to everyone that cared for me after my bka, Princess, Leila and Chantell, and the CNA's (cant remember their names), PT/OT, dietary, Dr Rosenberg, and Dr Chan who performed the bka. Thank you all so much for everything❣
The hospital is very organized. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Shoutout to nurse Carla that helped me through my recovery after surgery yesterday!

My visit to the emergency room was because I hurt my toe nail and it was stiff bleeding. They did x-rays and found it was not broken. They dressed it and gave my instructions to care for it at home with a prescription. They did a great job.
