I would NEVER recommend this hospital to anyone. My Dad was treated at this facility on 3 floors and we were NEVER once called by an MD. He had no family in Vegas (we made them aware) and we called several times a day to speak to a nurse and were told that a doctor would call us, that they call families every other day. When I would demand to speak to an MD, I was told they were TOO BUSY. My Dad was dying and they were too busy to call his family that was hundreds of miles away? They were extremely understaffed! They also all lacked compassion for all and every one of my problems. I thought had a UTI and was left to sit in my own pee filled pads. There was a couple of staff members that went above and beyond. But the overnight skeleton crew was very cold and disconnected. Then when I finally got released, after having a major spine surgery, I was let go with no pain medicine for the night and next day. This is the WORST hospital!!I wouldn’t even bring my dogs to you! Pretty pathetic you have to tell the staff how and what to treat their patient with so they can have a fighting chance!
