Very bad move out experience !! I resided in this apartment for over 2.5 years. While the stay was ok, the move-out experience was extremely negative and disheartening. We specifically requested the property manager to conduct the inspection in our presence, but she adamantly refused. Upon vacating the property, to our dismay, she levied charges exceeding $900 for cleaning and damages. Total rip-off They try to fine you for everything and aren’t appreciative of anything extra you do to keep things clean. Don’t set your trash outside on your deck/balcony for 5 minutes before you take it to the dumpster because they will photograph it and fine you $50. If you renew your lease they will raise the rent. They have ridiculous rules and you are being watched at all times. If you want to feel like your in jail or on probation then this is the place to be.
Ridiculous Rules! Unless you want to live under a microscope, don't rent here. There's a new rule posted on the door just about every week. They dictate when you can run your appliances & when you're allowed to clean your apartment. They'll fine you for parking in an unassigned stall even if someone else parked in yours! My husband & I have lived here for 8 months & our Dish TV outlet in our bedroom has NEVER worked along with random electrical outlets in all rooms. This place is like living in a policed state & we can't wai... read more

If you submit a written request for repair, we will be sure to get those addressed for you promptly. Our complex does have quiet hours from 8pm to 8am. Our nonstandard rental provisions are available on our web page for viewing prior to lease signing. rip off My fiance and I lived there for 1.5 years, paid rent on time every month, when we didn't renew our lease the rent went from 850 to 900 which is way over priced for Beaver Dam to begin with. It is a nice place to live but you better be prepared for ridiculous rules. If you park in the wrong stall you'll be fined $25 every day you're parked there, they care more about the outside of the building than the inside. Mr. Spring Lake Apartments are the best in town. Washer and dryer,beautiful cabinets,attractive kitchen and bathroom floors,spacious bathrooms and closets. The manager is always available and knowledgeable on whatever your needs are. Great place to live!

Springlake apartments This is perfect family oriented buildings that are close to restaurants both fast food and sit down.Close to stores for all your shopping needs from a to z. The common areas are well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful. There's a pond in middle for fishing, swimming or just relaxing. The inside of apartment are spacious and include all appliances and heats included. Come check it out .
