This lease period was genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a renter and the problems began on day one. Firstly, I was allowed to move in a few days prior to maintenance being completed between tenants. This included fixing and repairing a mail box with no door, replacing door knobs on the bedrooms and closet as they did not have them at the time and moving a dryer from the dining room to the closet where it belonged.
