Disappointing Experience Although the Sales personnel were very nice, we drove 90 minutes to keep our scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, we were told they did not have any 2010 Fits (the vehicle for which I had been given a quote two days earlier and made the appointment to purchase). The explanation was that their Internet Sales Department does not know what the inventory is when they quote a price. Awesome deal I stopped by Spreen Honda to look at a used car. I was met on the lot by Albert. While he was showing me the used cars I noticed the price on the new cars were really low. I asked Albert if we could look at the new cars and if I could get a price quote. I couldn't believe the deal I received. From the minute I stepped on the lot Albert was courteous and friendly, not pushy, and a pleasure to work with. I had a truly fantastic experience. I drove away in a new car and couldn't enjoy it more.
