Dr. Levengood is the most reliable doctor you can find when it comes to sports injuries! He did a great job with my knee and Mr. Bazemore was also helpful for my physical therapy. I would highly recommend going to Sports Medicine South if you have a sports related injury!

I recently fell and was referred to Dr El-amin for a broken ankle I loved the fact that he didn't jump into doing surgery it was my decision. The facility was very nice and staff was very sweet and helpful.
Dr. Levengood M.D. & PA-C, ATC Mr. Patel, have done a great job. Working to follow their rehab recommendations following surgery by Dr. Levengood & his team. Going to work with Body Pros next on rehab and do exercises recommended Mr. Patel. Office team and staff are all great to work with.
