RecommendedI went to SMS at the recommendation of a friend for a second opinion for shoulder pain that was not resolving in Physical Therapy. I was able to see the doctor the same day I called, had MRI the following week, and surgery within a month. Back in Physical Therapy the day after surgery and back to full range of motion now. A caring, knowledgable staff encouraged me along the way, and Dr. Levengood is the most compassionate and skilled surgeon I have ever met!
RecommendedState of the art in everything they do. Thorough and applicable in diagnosis, amazing results in surgical techniques, top of the line physical therapy and massage. Great listeners and bedside manner.
RecommendedRehab and PT are helping me get my strength back. I really like the staff and Kurt aint a bad one either. All good.

The worst and most arrogant doctor I have ever been to. Did a partial knee replacement that was a total failure and too much bone was removed to have another surgeon repair the mistake! At my age and damage I should have had to total replacement. BEWARE!
Shot in the knee, knee brace& appt for MRI but necessary. I felt confident with their treatments. Had been there before with grandson so can recommend them as excellent !!!!!
Little bit of a long wait for scheduled appointment but thoroughly pleased with the answers I was given and action needed for next step for treatment.
Amazing staff and Dr El-Amin is amazing. He will be doing my shoulder surgery this week.
