I bought the Mazda 3 touring from Sport Mazda. I was very overwhelming with having to purchase a new car until I meet Daniel Delgado. I came in the dealership that day just to look an get prices but he was very kind, personable and very knowledgeable. He explained the difference and features of each styles of the Mazda and help me choose a car that was best for me and my budget. That day I drove way with a new car. WARNING - I have been shopping for a new Mazda 5 for some time and went to this dealership to deal for one. I owned 3 previous Mazda and love the car quality. After the deal fell through with them, they actually turned around and called the other dealership I was visiting, there are only 3 in the area, and told them about the failed deal. Needless to say, I ended not buying the car there either because they refused to go any lower than the price the other dealership had given me. This place sucks!!! Serviced my car there multiple times and each time they didnt do a full inspection even though they marked as they did. Last time I went was my last because they didnt even check and top off my fluids and marked it on the sheet as good.
Wasted my time last weekend. Spent over 2 hours negotiating a price for a car that was already sold to somebody else. Now they try to push for me to get a car in a color that I don't like with features that I don't like. No thank you.
THE BEST CAR; not just mazda, dealer I've ever been to. When I pulled up their bays were full and I thought I was going to be there for hours. Thank you Donnie for getting me in and out so fast and getting my warranty honored!!
Sales great. I have bought 3 cars from them. Service advisor is terrible. Never going here again. Rude and disrespectful. Lost a customer.
