Recommendedjonna cut my baby boys hair today for his 1st hair cut, he is 11 months old and wiggled and jerked the whole time. she had a ton of patience and it turned out adorable
Online scheduling takes President over the lobby. We walked in with NO ONE in lobby and got bumped to 42 min wait time bc of online ppl. 1 years olds nor I had the patience to wait. I don't allow my kids to cut line anywhere and I sure won't allow it to happen to me. Just ridiculous

Hi Ashlee, thank you for the feedback. The online checkin does not override lobby checkins. As soon as anyone checks in at any point (online or in person), they are put in the wait cue. Online check in doesn’t allow anyone to cut in line—-rather it allows the wait time to occur outside of the store.

I took my son to Sport Clips, knowing in my head what I wanted, but not real sure how to explain it. Luckily, we got Tammy. She was so knowledgeable and so professional and had so much patience with me. I tried to explain what I was seeing in my head and even though Tammy wasn’t seeing it, she asked the right questions to get us on the same page. We walked out with exactly what we were wanting!! Their online check in left something to be desired. Picked my sylist. Said to be there by 1:48 pm. Got there at 1:45 pm and the stylist just put another person in the chair and now had to wait another 30 minutes so I left. I guess online check in means nothing. I have been coming there for a long time. Looks like I need to find another place. UPDATE: They put stylists on the online check in that are not even there. Got there again today giving it a second try. Checked in online...said 20 minute wait. Got there 20 minutes ahe... read more

As a child a cow licked my hair and now it stands up a bit in the front, so it's hard to find someone who can cut and style my hair so that I don't look as if I had just lost a battle attempting to take off my Incredibly tight shirt that shows off my amazing pecks. But in just 20 Minutes, there I was staring in the Mirror at an Amazingly beautiful person, she was holding a warm towel and asked how I liked my hair cut. As for me I look pretty darn good my self.
