Went to Sports Clips in Paducah. Signed my son in and there was a 26 minute wait. Not bad. He got On Deck and sat there for 15 minutes, while THREE people that were under him in time were called up to deck and taken back to their chair and my son was put back on a 24 minute wait again. Was told “time wasn’t right”. This is the only place we have gone to get my sons hair cut since it opened. After this experience, I will not be back. Peace, quality service and product. where a guy can be a guy! Sometimes the TALK sports shows annoy the ( insert explixative) out of me. But LOVE the professionals at THIS location.
We took our 13 month old in for a hair cut yesterday. He was NOT impressed.. he screamed and fought the entire time... and I mean big time.. I myself was broke out in hives because I felt so bad for the beautician.. but she was amazing. She stayed completely patient with him and went above and beyond to make sure to accommodate him.. as much as he would allow.. she was amazing and made a bad experience for him much more enjoyable... we appreciated Shawn so very much for never once acting stressed out or annoyed with the fact... read more
