I am officially addicted!!! Need I say more??? Spinning, well spinning here is awesome! I felt welcomed and appreciated immediately. I love how the instructors take the time to set your bike and ensure you have an understanding of what to expect. As a sorta newbie with the best spin shoes ever one could get the wrong impression but nope they helped me to the fullest and just let me say I am a daily spinner!!! This place is perfection. The instructors are off the chart fantastic. So thankful to have found this place after my job moved me to St. Louis during the week. Gets me prepared for a stressful work week and my drive back to Indy for the weekends!
