Best spin and yoga classes in The Lou. Need I say more?
Michael killed it (not us) in his Core Wars class. Seriously, if you are looking for that edge for next season OR simply wanting to make some moderate improvements to your core & upper body, stop looking. Just like his spin classes, Michael has a way of making the curriculum fit the needs of everyone & not just a token few. You will NOT be disappointed! �

Over 15 years of practicing yoga and living in 4 different states and I've never felt as awesome after a yoga class as I do here. I've taken classes from both Julie and Naomi and both are amazing. They both challenge you to be your own best - not some "yogi ideal" - but to explore each pose, each practice to find what works for you on that particular day. The other people are welcoming and supportive, not judgy or competitive. STL Spinning and Yoga feels like home.
