This place is simply wonderful--they got me from terrified beginner to comfortable and happy regular. I encourage you to give it a try. I am not a regular gym-goer, but this place has something special that keeps me coming back regularly. I miss it when I don't get there. How often can you say that?!?
Love this place! The bikes are comfortable and easy to adjust, the instructors are awesome and the music is always unexpected and fun! I love that I can just show up and workout at lunch for 45 minutes and get on with my day. The garage doors are super cool and I love the vibes of the lighting.
