The class pushed me to the limit and I loved it! The “test” bikes are awesome.
RecommendedAbout spinning in general. I was a competitive swimmer in high school, then became a marathon runner during and after college, running the Honolulu, Detroit, and Chicago marathons. RecommendedStrip away the corporate speak, EDM, and other intimidating factors. Add in great curated music that gives you a beat you can follow, excellent bikes, and nothing but you and your own internal challenge. And it’s locally owned and locally grown. There are other fitness classes and yoga, but i go for the spinning
