CF Spine Institute Problems with Kyphoplasty situation. When I had my first appointment at the SI everything seemed to go very well. I liked the PA I saw - he was very kind, knowledgeable, encouraging, and seemed to have everything under control with my difficult case. He sent me for a DEXA and I had Xrays. He told me Dr.Okafor said I didn’t need another MRI that he thought the PA had thought I did need.
