Fantastic!! Love it. Nice spot. Super clean. Lovely people. Great sound. New bikes and the best part... Its just low key environment and not at all pretentious. Very welcoming. You should feel great about checking this out even if you are totally new.
Pedal has great workouts and broad schedule to fit my hectic work schedule. There are a variety of spin styles and I sure have been breaking a sweat here. Spinning is a great way to get in shape- low impact, set your own pace, virtually no soreness! I definitely recommend to anyone looking to try a new way of fitness!
I have been searching for a spin studio like Pedal. I am on a budget and most spin studios are either way over priced or run down. This one has an excellent groupon plus decent monthly rates. It is brand new with new bikes. Sounds system is great and the space is remolded from a previous yoga studio. I recommend going to Mk's class on Sunday mornings. Walked out sweaty and ready to take on my Sunday! I guess I won't feel guilty at Sunday brunch!
