This is an amazing studio, with great instructors and terrific workouts! I stopped in for 3 classes while in town for work and every instructor (Andy Kitchen, Katherine Leonardo and others) were super motivational and had great / tough workouts! Took both the Pedal SPIN and Pedal SPIN & LIFT and both were awesome. I will definitely stop by again when I'm next in town!
I have gone to pedal spin a few time now! Everyone has their own style but they’re all really good instructors. I especially loved tuesday night edm music ride! I’m not a huge edm music fan but the instructor Dj Ricky Love I believe is his name, he’s awesome!

Cynthia’s class is my absolute favorite. Her energy keeps the class moving and pushing their limit. Andy will also try to kill ya! Best studio by far!
This is my second month at Pedal Spin Long Beach. What can I say, I'm spinning 4 times a week. The instructors are all fantastic, the staff are amazing, and everyone who takes classes at Pedal Spin Long Beach are so friendly. Grace
This was the first place I came for a workout after an almost 2 year hiatus. It was tough at first, but after going 1-2 times a week my endurance is way up, my legs are much more toned and I actually look forward to my workouts. The fun & supportive instructors and overall vibe Really are the best!
Pedal Spin Studio is wonderful! The instructor's are amazing and the atmosphere is so friendly and inviting. I am 100% addicted to spinning. Love it!!
