On a business trip I found Pedal Spin and it was great. Clean facility, up to date bikes, great instructors and a warm welcome. Can't ask for more. Convenient location, safe area.
I had always feared spin classes-would I be able to keep up? would I hate it? Is it "for me?" So glad I finally gave it a try! I had such a great first experience! Cynthia was SO welcoming and SO kind! Amazing workout & great studio! Thank you!

Love this studio. It's a block away from my job so very easy to catch a 5:30p class. Love Saturday mornings with Kevin and Cynthia's classes too. They are non-intimidating which is a nice change from other classes I've taken. Keep it up Pedal-Spin!
Love spinning here, rough parking. Studio is great.
