I love pedal spin every teacher is awesome I love the class absolutely love
It was my very first time in a spin class, so I had some struggles, however the instructor was so cool with me and did not make me feel bad about My slower pace, and encouraged me to go at the pace that would work for me, and that I would build up my endurance as I continue with the classes!!!
