Hands down one of the best Commercial Real Estate groups in the Raleigh/greater NC area!! Working with them is always a pleasure, their brokers and property managers maintain an excellent relationship with clients and partners, and everyone there is simply a kind person. Sperry Van Ness Tarheel Commercial Realty is the WORST, most unresponsive realty company I have ever worked with. They do not return emails or phone calls; No matter how many emails or phone calls, no response. Any response says they will have a plan soon, then nothing ever comes. We have had bug issues varying from gnats to WASPS continuously... no response. Temperatures in the office swing 10 degrees throughout the day from too warm 75 degrees to arctic 65 degrees. I would not recommend working with this company to anyone.
