Dr. Stanbury repaired my elbow 2 and a half years ago and it is good as new!! I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for Orthopedic work!
Dr. Stanbury and his colleagues are excellent. Having had a dreadful experience with an unrelated orthopedic group, I am happy and relieved to now be under the care of the medical staff at OrthoArizona.
This is not my first visit with Dr. Stanbury. I have had a few things going on with my hands these past few years. Each time I have met with him, his staff has been sincerely pleasant and professional. Dr. Stanbury is the right degree of sociable, with a no-nonsense address to the matter at hand (pun intended). He delivers a diagnosis, prognosis, and directions for care of the condition that are understandable and pragmatic. I was sent to Dr Stanbury in an emergency situation. He made room for me the same day and had me in surgery the next day. The initial visit was a bit frightening as he was telling me what I was dealing with and didn't seem very happy with my situation (cats and hand surgeons are not friends!) but he added me to his surgery schedule and he was very informative and the surgery went very well and I have had little to no pain since the surgery. Dr Stanbury has excellent diagnostic skills and was able to get to the root of my problem quickly and was able to provide a solution that worked. He is a great listener and exudes confidence and is also very compassionate in demeanor.
