The quality of the garage door exceeded expectations. It’s sturdy, well-designed, and operates smoothly. The installation process was seamless, and the technicians were courteous and skilled. Couldn’t be happier with the result.
The technician servicing my garage door, Jesse, was very knowledgeable and explained the issues with my door very clearly. He completed all the repairs very quickly. Our door now works like new.
Would rate higher, but technician came a day later than originally scheduled, forcing me to take off of my work another 1/2 day. If you say you will be someplace, be there.
The technicians(Joel and Fredrick) were prompt, patient, and clarified all my questions before today's satisfactory repair. We needed our broken door spring repaired asap and this company delivered. Definitely recommend Speedy Spring Services!
Made appointment - no show. They rescheduled again - no show. This is very unprofessional and wasted a lot of time. I don't know how a company stays in business, if they make appointments and don't show up.
