Spectrum Carpet and Upholstery and their crew are amazing, very professional, and reliable. We've used them for years and are so pleased each and every time. We've used them for carpet and upholstery cleaning as well as water extraction. Years ago we had an oil spill in our basement when the oil tank was being removed and they helped with that also. Great people to do business with!!!
Spring cleaning started. Rugs cleaned by Spectrum Carpet Cleaning. John and his associate were friendly and courteous. They did a great job! This company was recommended to me by a friend and I will recommend them as well.
The guys were great. Totally personable and did an awesome job. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the area. I hope we get the same guys the next time!
Seriously? I could not be more happy with the service and treatment I received from these folks! My service tech Ryan was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He got out the tough stains and my carpets look great! Thank you!
The guys did a great job at a great price. They were in and out real fast and took extra measures to be sure we were happy with the service. Our old carpeting look new again. I’d be happy to recommend spectrum carpet cleaners to all my friends.
Spectrum gets 5 stars from me for doing the right thing. Joshua E. Lawson (Spectrum employee) left his card on my door to let me know he hit my trash can as it was in the road (most likely due to wind). While the trash can did not make it, Spectrum did the right thing and left a note. Additionally, when I called to thank the company they offered to send me a check for the value of the trash can.
