We had a technician come out to do some work and he didn’t wear booties and he tracked mud into the house. The company wanted to apologize and get the carpets cleaned. I knew exactly who to call! Spectrum is the best in customer service (all the way from booking the appointment to the tech that comes out to clean the carpets). They got al of the foot prints out of the carpet and it looked brand new! I absolutely would recommend them to anyone needing carpet or upholstery cleaned!

They did a great job cleaning our rugs. All the people we dealt with were very helpful. The pick and delivery of the rugs were very professional. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone needing their services.
Spectrum cleaned the carpets at Dempsey’s Grille in Middletown. The carpets look new and fresh. Stop by and see for yourself or take my word that they do a wonderful job and we give them 100% thumbs up!!!
