We recently learned our son is allergic to our dog. I called three different rug/upholstery cleaners for quotes. We went with spectrum. Our rugs and couch look amazing. Bob Jackson and his staff were very professional. And my son hasn't sneezed in our house since the cleaning!
These guys were great! They were professional, polite, and took their time to thoroughly clean our carpets and tile in our new house. The kitchen tile grout went from black to white, it was amazing to see the difference. The carpets, which are 17 years old, look almost new again, and they were able to remove some very tough stains. All of the crew was friendly and courteous, as well as knowledgeable about their services. I highly recommend Spectrum for quality carpet and tile cleaning with exceptional customer service.

Very thorough, very professional, personable and cost effective. Don't go elsewhere for your residential carpet cleaning needs. You've found the best. Ignore the one star reviews. I've never had anything but great experiences with Spectrum and would recommend them to anyone.
I had a frozen pipe burst in my finished basement and sustained water damage throughout my basement. I called Spectrum and they came right away and cleaned up my basement and dried everything out within 3 days. I am so happy with Spectrum and their staff and I have recommend them to everyone in need!
