My representative, John, was very pleasant and efficient throughout the process. He arrived at the earliest part of my scheduled window and after I showed him the areas to clean, he went to work. While he did mention a special that was going on, there were no hard up-sell attempts as I’ve experienced with other companies. Overall a great experience and I would recommend spectrum to others.
John was very cordial and professional. He texted me to say he was on his way. Arrived exactly on time and kept to the estimate of how long it would take to clean my carpets and stairway. He did a fantastic job.
