************, the front receptionist, was very friendly and was able to help us with the problem we were having. Other staff members are sometimes hard to get a hold of but **** took care of our problem right away. We really appreciate her friendly attitude and assistance.

Do NOT hire this so-called management company! I bought a house in March 2022 and I have waited MONTHS for a pool key. Aside from rarely ever getting my calls answered, all they do is try to send you to an app (which tracks you by the way), that is NOT what our community is paying for! We could have spent a couple of thousand dollars and built our own app and website! I have emailed and called repeatedly, still no pool key. The previous company that ran my neighborhood HOA switched to Spectrum. I received notice and was advised to create an account. I also received notice from the previous company that I had a quarterly payment due - which I tried to pay. However, when I did try to pay - I was advised you need to pay Spectrum. OK - got it. We did transition your community in January and the previous management company did process the first quarter statements. I received a false notice from Spectrum Association Management HOA for my neighborhood stating that I was not: "allowed to run a business out of my home. Per the associations CC&R 2.03 states Single-family residential Use only. No professional, business, or commercial to which the general public is invited shall be conducted on any lot". Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value All of the neighborhoods around us have their pools open. The virus does not transmit via water. The virus is killed by sunlight. So WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU SHUT DOWN THE ONE AMENITY WE HAVE! Then HAVE THE AUDACITY to call the police on paying members who swim while telling us not to spread information on Facebook about the lack of service you provide WATERFORD PARK. OPEN OUR POOL!
